PAGNOW! (pronounced page-now)is a standalone microprocessor-based product which performs unattended monitoring ofalmost anything you choose. For example, your house or business security, your equipment's operation or fault, environmental status, power-failure, premise access, and much more. When an alarm, equipment problem, (or whatever user-specified condition you choose) occurs, PAGNOW! automatically delivers a message to any standard display pager. This message consists of two parts - coded numbers indicating the CAUSE and LOCATION of whatever triggered the unit into delivery of the message. An internal rechargeable "UPS system" and battery provides continued operation for six to twelve hours or more when the external power fails. Messages are automatically created and delivered to the user's pager when power fails, and when the power is restored.

In addition to reporting, PAGNOW! can take response action of its own, using its built-in Output to actuate equipment, sound a buzzer or turn on small lights. Used in conjunction with a power switching module, the Output may be used to turn on/off high power lights, water pumps, motors, video cameras and more.
PAGNOW! easily connects to any phone line. It can also be connected to a PBX line extension, or to a cellular phone. As a user, you communicate with PAGNOW! by simply calling into it from any touch-tone phone - just like you would call any other phone number. Then, using your phone keypad, you enter simple commands which instruct PAGNOW! how to operate. You can tell it how to call your pager, change pager numbers for the weekend, change how many times it sends messages, and much more. Or, during the same phone call, you could instruct PAGNOW! to turn its Output on or off right at that immediate time - remote control from any telephone!
